I was living in Yulara, in the Simpson Desert when I painted this impression of Uluru and Kata Tjuta where I would enjoy walking in silence upon the warm, soft, red sand, weaving my way through the beautiful,  whispering, desert oaks that stood so proudly upon the earth.
